Summative Assessment

On Google ,Roccomamas Melrose opens at 7:30 ,when we asked the waiters said they opened at 10 ; only to find out that they were running late and were still not ready at 11 due to weather conditions . The service we recieved was absolutely appauling the manager could not be bothered with the fact that they were not open. I will no longer support this branch and waste my hard earned money on people that could not be bothered with retaining loyal customers .
