Stone found in food

I visited RocoMamas in Harrington square Western Cape on Saturday 8th February. Upon receiving my good I found a Actual small stone in my food that was hard. I was completely disappointed and disgusted as this is clearly a health issue. Just having had a kidney stone I could have swollowed this mistakenly and was highly disappointed. This also led to me cutting my gum before discovering it was actually a stone from my food.
