So Disappointed.

My team and I had such a terrible experience at Roccomamas, Melrose Arch where I had made a prior booking for the team and I. On our arrival the set up was crammed up and we could not sit entirely together a s a team. Then the drinks orders took an hour to reach the tables which was unacceptable as no restaurant takes that long to bring a customer's order through. The lunch took even more time and by the time the lunch arrived my team and I were already turned off with the food. It was inconsiderate and unacceptable of them to provide the kind of service they offered especially for the money we were paying there. When we also weren't happy with the set up it was suggested that we could move the tables ourselves. If I had not stopped by Pick n Pay to buy the mini cheddar's for my child's lunch box then my colleagues would ahve had nothing to snack on as we resorted to eating those to avoid lowering blood sugar.
