Smash service

I've tried the Umhlanga and Gateway Rocomamas and have been disappointed in their service on several occasions. The first disappointment was when the waiter started clearing the table while we were still seated, in order to get us to leave so that new customers could occupy the table. The other experiences range from stale burger buns, delayed service (in an empty restaurant) and no service on one occasion! There is a complete lack of customer satisfaction and who exactly voted Rocomama's as the best burger restaurant in South Africa?
