13/ 09/2017 i ordered burgers with my wife and they came incorrectly then what was specified on the order, a nasty situation was turned into a excellent one by the manager a mrs MICHELLE ROAMS of the ROSEBANK BRANCH,thank you for personally going the extra mile for us your service and attitude were excellent. keep up the good work. will definately visit again.TO THE ROCOMAMAS GROUP, this staff member is truly an asset to the franchise please make sure she is awarded for her efforts.
