Rude waitress at Roco Mamas at Lifestyle

A lady by the name of Nelisa very rude and having such horrible manners and hairstyle. Her hair is covering her face and going on top of the food while serving customers. We approached the manager at about 12h55 to advise that she must tie it back. Apparently we were the second customers complaining in a space of 20 minutes. The manager approached her and spoke to her. She threw tuntrums shouting at the Manager right infront of the customer's view next to us saying Head Office had approved of her hair and yet customers are complainig because its upsetting customers. We had to leave the restaurant.
