Rude manager and poor service

Im so dissapointed in roco mamas george. Wanted to take my family out for dinner but they have no baby chairs. How is this possible for a family restaurant?? Hope the make a plan soon. And the rudest manager..waited for ages to come to the phone witb no explanation.
