Rude cashier and useless waiters and waitresses

Last night at 9:05pm ordered 2 chilli cheez bombs and small fries. At 9:40pm we didn't receive our order the cashier comes asking to see the slip we show her and ask what's taking so long she then replies with attitude \well I was not the one who took ur order\" then leaves. I approached her asking what's with the attitude she tells me the person who took ur order left so I don't have any proof of ur purchase which is a lie bcz she was standing there whilst \"Prudence\" was taking our order. I said to her fine prudence left u knew we were sitting there why didn't u come and attend to us or why didn't any of ur waiters attend to us she said it's not her job to do that if there's no proof of purchase infront of her she won't help. Very disappointed asked to cancel the order. Such Rudeness cannot be tolerated and video footage will show how useless those waitresses and waiters are!!! Some where standing right next to us and not bothered just having fat chats near the heater. "
