Rude cashier and Slow service

Rude cashier. Was told that rocomamas does not accept cash. Funny enough the previous week I had paid for a burger with cash. I ended up paying with my card. Such a shame that they make great burgers but lack customer service. I later waited for my burger for about 20mins after being promised 10mins SHAME!!!
