Terrible customer experience not for the first time but 3rd time.

On the 16th June 2018 I ordered a burger + Rocket. And boom burger comes with old leaves and Lettuce as a bonus. No Rocket at all . I asked my waiter and he went back to ask why there is no rocket on the burger ?, the smasher showed no respect and told the guy there is nothing he can do if there is no rocket... Same place plays very loud music like a night club and on the other side the dining area is used to wash dishes.
