Rocomamas Westville: No time to order stock but plenty to Assault staff

Let me start by saying that the waiters and staff there are amazing, really, they are...ALL THE TIME but their management team seems to have been employed on a system of quantity rather then quality.

Just the other day as i was about to walk to the shop the manageress at Rocomamas slapped a fellow employee IN FRONT OF THE STORE FRONT IN BROAD DAYLIGHT. I have no idea what was being said but i dont understand why a manager would slap one of her employees after she had repeatedly been asked to stop by a lady with dreadlocks (whom normally calls the orders, i think she might be the kitchen manager). The fight was eventually broken up, and people went their separate ways. There is never a need to resort to violence whats worst is that she did this while representing your company for all to see. This is assault and last i checked is a ******** and dismissable offence.

On the topic of managers, what is going on with their ordering system?? why is the shop constantly out of products that they sell?? I remember an afternoon where i was in the shop and i was told by my waiter that the shop had no cheese sauce for my medium cheesey fries, next thing you know they didn't have bacon for the table next to me, while me and my friend where still laughing at that an Indian table walked out because they had no veggie patties (this is all in the space of 30 minutes mind you). So fifteen minutes after i had placed my order my waiter returns and informs us that there is a slight delay with our orders but they will be out shortly, and as we wait, literally, we see staff members walking in with checkers trollys with bacon and mince...the same mince they need to use for our burger patties!

The guy with the beard seems like a nice guy (and nice to look at) but not once did he come to ANY of the tables to apologies. The only manager that i saw in action was The Gorilla coz he came and assured us that everything would be sorted out or he would pay for our meal from his pocket.

None the less i still love the shop, but please sort out your managers coz its not right how she treats people....and PLEASE ORDER MORE STOC****
