Rocomamas the Glen - Incompetant, unfriendly, disinterested staff.

<p>I placed a telephonic order with Rocmamas the Glen for collection Monday 19th September 2016 at 20:00. The order was for 2 x Nutella and Milkybar Flapjacks.<br />I confirmed the order 3 times with the person who took my order.(unfortunately I didnt take her name) She said that it would take approximately 15-20 minutes for the order to be ready.I arrived at 20:23. When I got there I told the waitress I was there to collect the order for 2 x flapjacks. She then said to me that she only has an order for 1 x flapjacks. It was quiet at the restuarant and the staff was milling about not doing much. The waitress then changed the story to say that they are still busy with the second set of flap jacks, she grabbed the order slip off my order which obviously only showed 1 x flap jack. I then waited for a few minutes as they attempted to make my second order of flap jacks. After a few minutes one of the male staff told me that they dont have anymore flap jacks so my order could not be fulfilled. The staff was extremely unfriendly, with glaring looks all round. Only when I said that this is unaccpetable did they come clean and say she thought it was only for 1x flapjack. I then cancelled the order as I could see the lack of interest from the staff and was not making any headway.</p> <p>It took 20 minutes to drive to the Glen, had to pay for parking and wasted petrol as they delayed me due to their incompetance and lying.<br />Even wasting my time typing this review.</p> <p>Almost every Saturday or Sunday my group of minimum 4 people eat at Rocomamas, mostly at New Market and Mall of the South, rarely go to the Glen. Needless to say I am totally disgusted with the lack of service of the Glen Rocmamas staff that it has put a sour taste in my mouth, I and my circle WILL NOT BE going to any of your restuarants anytime in the foreseeable future!!</p>
