Rocomamas Tableview, Parklands & Mr D

Mr D, Its sad that I hear the same story over and over, that "We are informing the restaurant about the incident" and "The details of your experience have been sent to our restaurant management team who’ll ensure this is dealt with", but the service of this restaurant or Mr D is not improving. Same problems, repeated all the time and not even orders apart, its repeated one after another without interruption. They are always sending the wrong sauce. I will say it once again, why give the client options to choose from on the app and yet the restaurant will send whatever they feel like, they always send the ranch sauce, instead of the blue cheese sauce. I have never received the blue cheese sauce, not with any of my order to Rocomamas, even though I choose that option. Mr D the voucher is appreciated, but it is not helping when the incorrect items are received and the food not enjoyed as a result of the REPEATED mistakes. Someone should REALLY look into the matter and not just say they will, because it goes beyond me how the same mistake can be repeated order after order. It is pathetic.
