Rocomamas Springs Mall - No service

My family and I went to Rocomamas at Springs Mall yesterday 14/01/2024 just after 14h00. We were looking forward to the burgers we always order, but service was terrible. We were directed to sit anywhere, then the waitress gave us the Menu Papers with out any pens or pencils to complete them. My husband asked her about the beer on tap and she disappeared to find out - never to return! Eventually another guy came to our table much later with pencils, but I had already looked in my bag for a pen so we could order whenever the waitress decided to come back to the table. Tried several times to get their attention, but was blatantly ignored!!!! We then decided to leave and went to Spur instead. As we left all the waitresses were standing at the entrance chatting. Spur was AWESOME!!!!!! Don't waste your time with Rocomamas!!!!!
