RocoMama's Rumsig a no-go disaster

I'm usually a fan of RocoMama's for their great burgers and chilled vibe but RocoMama's in Ruimsig is a complete no-go area for anyone whose used to their usually good service. We arrived at 6pm with a budget of R600 and proceeded to order one round of drinks and watched large orders of take-aways leave the store with a que of uber eats and Mr Delivery drivers. 45 minutes in, having had one drink we noticed it's been a while since we placed our order and nothing has come of it. Our waiter was paying no attention to us, didn't replenish our drinks and didn't inform us on the progress of our order. Looking around, it's a small shop with a handfull of customers, most of whom had empty tables. Strange that they would put so much focus on take-away deliveries, while ignoring customers in-store. After speaking to the manager - how I hate to see a black woman like me provide bad service - she **** and said the take-away orders were made before us, hence the delay. 20 minutes later, she had still forgotten our order and proceeded to apologise saying she was only notified of our order late. Completely ignored by our waiter, the manager and the kitchen staff, we paid R60 for our drinks we left at 7.45pm Never in my entire life have I had to wait close to 2hours for a meal no matter how small or make-shift a restaurant might be. We made a quick stop at KFC across the road, received our order in less than 5 minutes. RocoMama Ruimsig, you lost R600 in profit and provided a poor experience for your customers. Your Rumisig branch is a take-away branch with no consideration for in-house customers. You've lost a fan from me. Andizi!
