RocoMama's Rruimsig a no-go experience

Im usually a fan of Roccamama's but wow I found the worst branch in South Africa. DO NOT go to Roccamama's in Rruimsig it's a joke. We arrived promptly at 6pm on Saturday ready to settle in for drinks and burgers with a budget of R600. Proceeded to watch Uber eats deliveries fly out the door in large quantities while customers sitting at the restaurant were ignored. After my first drink which stretched around 45 minutes we realise it's been a while and our waiter is ignoring us, mind you it's a relatively small space with a handful of people. After enquiring from the manager - how I hate to see a fellow black woman do a shody job and misrepresent us - she **** and said ALL the delivery orders were made before us in a desperate attempt to make an excuse for our food being an hour delayed. 20 minutes after my query I stand up to pay for two drinks and cancel my non-existent order. She apologetically admits that she saw our order late - meaning the kitchen completely overlooked us. How so in such a small restaurant? Having arrived at 6pm with a R600 budget we left at 7:45 pm without a meal and only R70 spent on drinks. Imagine being hungry after waiting for almost two hours and then being expected to sit and eat food you have no appetite for because of a bad experience. We paid for drinks and went to KFC across the road where we got our food in less than 5 minutes. Never go to Roccamama's in Rruimsig, it operates as a take-out joint with little care for in-house customer service. I have never waited 2 hours for a meal in a restaurant, thanks Roccamama's you've lost a fan.
