Rocomamas rocosaster

So myself my husband and my son went to Rocomamas in Kenilworth Centre on Thursday 31st December for a late lunch, we got there @16h10pm,stood at the entrance for about 4minutes before a waitress approached us, she took our temperatures and sanatized our hands, turned around and then just left us standing there, without telling us we need to wait to be seated or that there are no tables available @the moment.. So we stood there a further 5 minutes.. Another waitress then took us to a 2 seater table, where she said we can wait until a better table becomes available.. No1 came back to us and we then moved ourselves to a more comfortable table.. So now this was @16h25pm.. We placed our orders and our food only arrived @ 16h55pm!!! My husbands burger looked like a kiddies burger, lol and my peri-peri wings was partially hard/baked!.. Our bill came to R459 and when I paid the waitress with R500.. She asked me if I want my change!!!! Never in my life have I been asked that at an eatery! After I ripped her a R20 she gave me the rest of my change ever so reluctantly, did not even thank me for the tip or for our patronage, she started a convo with a colleague and just disregarded me while I was still standing there! I was so livid, and was ever sorry we decided to eat there! The food is not great and the service is appaling, the worst restaurant ever, I would recommend anyone to go there, EVER!!!! ITS A RICO-NO from me!!!
