Rocomamas Randpark Ridge

The food took more than hour. Then it was freezing cold. The only reason I'd actually took my hard earned R500 to bother was bcoz we had load shedding so I couldn't warm up or cook so to get cold food was just the pits.. The food arrived colder than a corpse. The fries tasted like seasoned cardboard. The ribs were half cooked. The two chillies cheese bomb burgers had bacon half burned yet colder than frozen bacon. It was theee worst takeout I'd ever had.

So this is not my first bad encounter hence the midnight note. Saturday night with loadshedding again I make the same call at 8.30 to order and the madam on the other line let's me talk and talk and talk. 10 minutes later. Sorry ma'am we are not taking orders anymore we r closed....this was jst annoying.

On a previous occasion on Uber eats again the order was 1 hour 20min late then jst as all other food places close Randpark Ridge rocomamas cancels the order.

This store needs to really jerk up its act
