RocoMamas Randburg Appalling Experience

This restaurant has been a long time favourite but as of recently I hesitate to come here. The past few times I've been here the experiences have been appalling. The service has severely declined In quality and the communication has become very poor. Was served by 4 different waiters during the duration of the dinner, was told that the manager would come speak to us (he didn't), had one of the final waiters leave the card machine with us and not come back to process the payment and having a different waiter ask if she could help us with it, one of the previous waiters telling us once our food was served that they didn't have one of the dishes we ordered (and saying that the manager would speak to us about It, didn't happen). After telling the waitress politely that the service was not good and our other concerns, she said that she would sort it out and then proceeded to go outside and have a cigarette, in full view of us, and not communicating with the manager at all.

I am incredibly disappointed, to say the least, as this was one of my all time favourite places to go to, and I am very saddened to see it deteriorating, and for such unprofessional waiters to be serving on one of the busiest nights of the week.
