Rocomamas Queenswood horrible service

Rocomamas Queenswood gave us a horrible service and food. The ribs were so tough like they were prepared yesterday. The waiter was informed about it and all he said was that “maybe it’s a bad day in the kitchen”,after that encounter with him he went awol on us brought the dessert after a while and disappeared again. We had to ask another waiter to bring our bill,we waited still to pay and just went to the till to pay. Our waiter came running after us by the door entrance asking if we have paid the bill,with no apology for ditching us.
