Rocomamas Protects a Smoker in a non smoking area

on the 2nd of April 2019 i and a group of family members went to Rocomamas Campus Square shopping centre in Johannesburg. My sister had graduated from a masters degree at the university of Johannesburg. i noticed the following issues: 1. We had to request the waitress to wipe our table as it was dusty we sat tat the balcony area(this was done) 2. when trying to order drinks the waitress came back to tell us that they only have coca-cola (we also forgave this) 3. A gentleman came and sat a distance from our table. He sat at a table close to ours (one table was separating). After ordering his drink he lit a cigarette on the non smoking balcony. My brother in-law complained about this to the waitress. the Gentleman stood up to intimidate my brother in-law. I was very offended and took him on and asked for the manager. the waitresses suggested that we sat inside and we refused. the manager tried to reason with the gentleman but he refused to cooperate. we left and cancelled the orders.

My main worry is that the manager did not know how to handle the situation and i (the person on the right) had to leave to accommodate someone who is wrong. i believe that the rocomamas must be closed down and i must be compensated for my lost time and the trauma caused.
