Firstly, waited several minutes to be greeted at the entrance and be assisted to an available table.

After being seated, it took 15min for us to be assisted with drinks, and to get service.

After an 1hour and 15min still no food has been served and we were informed that the reason was there was a "fight" in the kitchen, I do not see how this is my problem?

1. When we arrived there was only 2 waiters serving the entire restaurant, this is a reflection of very poor management, no manager in site.

2. Waiters have no sense of urgency and there seemed to be no planning as to which tables belonged to which.

Ordered food 12:11, 13:12 order arrived.

Second time in as many visits that the service has caused this to be an exceptionally unpleasant experience.
