Rocomamas not AYOBA

I am beyond shocked and disappointed with the service or should I say lack of service received. Last night we made a conscious decision to go and have dinner at Rocomamas Sandton city. We arrived at 6:30PM and we spoke to the lady at the door and she gave us menus. We sat for almost 45mins without being attended. I stoop up and told her we are waiting. She came took our order and we sat for an additional 30mins. I told her that everyone who arrived after us was served and left but we are still waiting. This was the most shocking treatment and disgusting, I will never forget that ladies face and I know I am still furious. We ended up eating at the restaurant just next door.

I know places get busy but we were singled out to say the least. My son was looking forward to it but the disappointment they gave us.
