Rocomamas - Great Food Appalling Service

Rocomamas Springs 28 October 2024. Food was really good but service was really appalling. Manager took our drinks order and messed it up. Asked her 3 times for the glass of wine. Waited 15 minutes for the wine to be brought. And with such an attitude. The food order was also wrong. We asked for separate bills, which was approved by the manager. The bills were all wrong. It took the manager 30 minutes to sort out the bills. We eventually calculated what we owed manually and paid accordingly. What a mess. Just hope Rocomamas can sort out the poor service to go with the great food. The poor service will keep me away. So sad.
