Rocomamas gets 5 stars for Customer Service

I phoned in my order to Rocomamas in Hilfox, it's a Saturday night so they are busy.<br> I collected my order and drove home, only to find that the burgers were not the ones that we had ordered.<br> I called the restaurant in a rage because this often happens at fast food outlets, I suspect because they know that most people won't want to drive all the way back after discovering a mistake.<br> I spoke to Patrick, who was very gracious with me swearing on the phone, but he shut me up very quickly when he told me that he was going to have the correct order delivered to my house as soon as quickly as they could make it!<br> So hats off to Rocomamas in Hilfox, instead of loosing a customer you have gained one for life.<br> Thank You.
