RocoMamas Florida Road, Durban: A Major Disappointment

We ordered food via Uber Eats from RocoMamas Florida Road in Durban, and it was a complete letdown. The burger lacked any real flavor and was utterly bland. The bubblegum milkshake was just as disappointing—tasteless, watery, and felt like drinking plain milk rather than a proper milkshake.

While the halaal certification is appreciated, the overall experience fell far short of expectations.

As a Johannesburg traveler, my intention is not to destroy a business but to provide honest feedback so that improvements can be made. Dining out, even via delivery, should be an enjoyable experience, and there’s definitely room for RocoMamas Florida Road to do better.
