Rocomamas, Canal Walk...Worse experience and meals ever!

My partner and I went to Rocomamas Canal Walk, Century City today, 4 July 202 at around 3pm. First we did all the safety forms etc. Placed our order an they got confused and stated we need to redo our order 30mins later - by then we had 4 waiters help us with an order we already placed and waited on! - We finally received our order aeound 4ish...yip 4pm! Just to find out the burgers is dry, bland and taste worse then chalk, it tasted gummy and as if it was made just out of oil & fats. Extra mushrooms & jalapenos were not added with our meals - yet we ticked off and stated numerous times we want it. The cheesy fries with chilli were so overated as it tasted like sliced cheese that was melted over our chips/fries. We then requested more sauce instead to give abit of taste to our burgers only to get some sour watery sauce from the "manager". Over all we had such a bad eating experience that we did not finish o even eat our meals half way. It was too disgusting. Now don't go and ask me who our waiter was cos wow we had 3 guys and 1 girl come to us and a " manager" who looked like he was actually a trainer in his black T-shirt. This is no way to treat paying customers.
