ROCOMAMA’s BEDFORDVIEW TERRIBLE SERCIVE

I had a terrible experience at Rocomamas. They have a new loyalty system in which you can get ‘Rocos’ and they equate to voucher rewards. Upon enter ring rocomamas in Bedfordview, it was FALSLY advertised that we can redeem our vouchers and hence pay less. HOWEVER , when we got the bill , they had said the system does not work and we can’t use our vouchers that they advertised that we can use This is poor customer service and TERRIBLE advertising as some people go with the intention to use their vouchers to pay less and we were only told ONCE we had to pay Very very bad service!
