Rocomamas BayWest - A 5 Star Failure Restaurant

I have just ordered a takeaway meal from Rocomamas at the BayWest mall and on arriving back home, half the order was not received. Also discovered is that what was specified on the order form wasn’t adhered to. This is such poor service from a restaurant that clearly isn’t all that busy and should be exceeding service delivery standards and not lowering them as they have done. Definitely my last meal from this restaurant in any shape or form.

Disappointed is an understatement!!!
