Roco mamas Newcastle

On the 18th of December 2023, I visited the Newcastle Roco Mamas, with a disappointment, ordering a plain vanilla and maple waffle and bubblegum milkshake, my family ordered fries and a shake, he received his order, my milkshake was horrid vanilla milk with a watermelon flavour, as for my waffle I had to ask why it was taking so long, after I questioned the waitress she told I will have to wait for the waffle as they having issues with the waffle machine, I requested they cancel the waffle, she didn't bother to ask if there was something else on the menu which I might want to order, the manager then came over with a voucher as an apology, I poiletly declined the offer as I am 100 percent sure I won't be supporting any Roco Mamas branch again, while paying for the fries and shakes, I could see the pieces of what was suppose to be waffles just laying by the machine, in my opinion the staff aren't trained to work with the machine.. This kind of attitude isn't impressive at all.
