Roco Mamas 'F' for customers with a family!

Warning! Don't ever go to Roco Mamas with a family for take out. You will wait for over 45 minutes and have no response. Waited 10minutes for an order of hot chocolate after the order taker Max said it will be ready in 1. Then had to ask for it with a guy in a green 'I love guacamole' t-shirt. Waited for another 30 minutes and had to ask Max again, was told the order will be ready now. So being patient and hungry had to wait another 10minutes. During which my order was so complicated that the order 'announcer' had to call for Max over 10 times and guess what he was not around. Had to leave as kids and wife very hungry and had to go to the 'other' burger place next door. <br> <br> So to 'the owner' of the franchise, thanks for the experience. Now when anyone recommends you as having the best burgers in town. I'll know it will not be because of your service, it will be because you are just trendy and cater for a specific group of people. Further, the R316.00 I did spent at you store, was just as bad as paying ones electricity bill. You pay with hope that you will have the required outcome, but you are Load Shedded!!!<br> <br> Finally, I and my family never had a Roco Mama's burger and never will!
