Roccomammas N1 City bullies its client for tip.

Firstly let me state that we are huge fans of the brand and enjoy the meals and atmosphere,but ehen we visited the N1 City Mall branch yesterday,we were "served" by a young man who introduced himselve as Garfield.This is the second time this person has waited on us,the first time he was not very friendly and complained to my wife about not leaving an big enough tip,she had left a R20.00 tip on a bill of about R280.00.. I had already left the table and when my wife met me outside she told me about the incident and we wrote it off as everyone has a bad day.Yesterday my wife and I took our 2 boys to Roccomamas N1 again,again we where helped by this Garfield guy and although his attitude was very condescending, we enjoyed our meals as normal,I stood up after the meal and left,leaving my wife to sort out the bill.I met my wife outside and she was fuming as this Garfield had just told her that a R30 odd Rand tip was not enough and he demanded a t least a 10% tip.My wife asked if that is not only expected on a table of 8 or more,(we where 5 at the table) when Garfield stated that he deserved more as he was only being paid R19 an hour !My wife felt so pressured that she gave another R20 bringing the tip to over R50! This is NOT acceptable,I know Roccomamas is "not normal' but am asking if this is acceptable to the owner and managment.Aftermy wife reported this to me,I went back to the store and spoke to Shakira who is apparently the manager at N1,we explained what had happend and she assured us that she would take this matter up with 'Danie' the owner.We wait and see if anyone gets back to us,but for now N1 City Roccomammas has lost a customer due to their waiters bulling tactics.
