Roccomamas The Glen

I am very much disappointed in Roccomamas The Glen.for a pregnant woman all you want after a long day at work is order your meal that you craving and head home. I get to the restaurant I am told I have 30 minutes before they close I must order quickly, which I don't have a problem with that, as I am busy ordering I ask the lady for a glass of water as i wait for my order. I had to remind the lady for the water seeing she was standing at the door, she tells me someone someone will bring after 10 minutes of asking for water and I was the only customer waiting. Worse of it when I get to pay for my order I use my Gift card from The Glen. The waiter tells me that they don't accept Gift cards because they change their machines. I don't understand it which they failed to explain to me what does changing of their speed point have to do with my gift card. To think my husband was insisting that we go to different restaurant, but I wanted Roccomamas because of my cravings. We had to leave the order behind. I am very disappointed
