The Roccomamas Florida Road, Durban. Worst Management controls ever. What an appalling and disturbing experience being that this was the 1st time at this branch. A group of Muslim youngsters where causing such a racket and noise nuisance shout and screaming so load that one could not hear themselves speak. The Manager did nothing to address the matter. Had to relocate inside seating but it didn't make much of a difference. Clearly the rest of the guests peace and enjoyment is not valued at this place and the weak management skills of the Manager on duty, whom didn't even introduce himself or have a name tag. Useless and pathetic customer service.
