Rocco mamas mall of Africa is horrible

I've never had a great experience here. First time we went they Never helped us just kept passing us and we left

Last night 19 December on my birthday My husband took me out as that's what I'm craving.

We got there no1 helped us One guy came left us the build your own burger paper and left after 30 mins of sitting and no service Come guy in a black t-shirt comes and asked if we served he helped us but that was a joke also

Took me 30 mins to send the drinks

Our food got delayed by 1 hour. When it arrived it triggered my tummy as I'm lactose in tolerance.

We woke up in the middle of the night my husband screaming in pain

He got food poisoning from the back guacamole bacon burger.

I hate that we need to do this But I'm furious and never coming back there

I don't even want an I'm sorry meal...my money will be better
