Rivonia Rocomamas

We were having supper as a family at the Rivonia Village, Rocomamas branch and appalling doesn't even begin to describe the service we received from Lerato.

- She didn't greet us - One of the orders placed included chips and she didn't include them in the order which meant additional waiting time - She didn't bother opening the Sprite, which was a beverage accompanying my order (It was in a glass bottle with required a bottle cap opener and even then we had to alert her to bring the necessary utensil to open it). - My aunt ordered coffee and the waitress (Lerato) didn't bring the condiments for a good 5 minutes and she then had to drink room temperature coffee (Which defeats the purpose of it being a hot beverage) - To add salt to the wound our payment was taken by Sizwe who was pleasant and were left desolate by Lerato

Furthermore, the grey-haired female manager didn't bother to check on the table pertaining to the general satisfaction of our dining experience. She nonchalantly joked with staff and focused on her laptop. What was disheartening was how she jumped to serve a white older lady who was accompanied by a young child and their table was served smoothly whilst our experience was lackluster.

I am of the opinion that the waitrons are simply taking notes from the manager with regards to customer service which is astounding.
