Raw Food Roccomamma

Thought we would go spend our Sunday evening at Roccomammas Willowbridge. Wanted some waffles and ice cream. The restaurant was fairly empty but the waiting time was 20min. However, we waited 40 minutes for 3 waffles. When it eventually came, they were raw. We called the manager and her response was that they are aware of the faulty waffle machine, but still use it anyway! Never experienced anything this bad before.
