****** and appalling service

My partner and I had a horrible experience at RoccoMamas Vangate Mall situated in Athlone CPT. We stood for almost 15 minutes at the store front waiting to be seated by the staff and no one attended to us. We proceeded and found ourselves a table and not even a single waiter/waitresses attended our table. We waited for almost 25 minutes for someone to attend to us and bring us menus. We called one of the African managers to assist us as we wanted to order food and he did not even bother to pay attention to whatever that we were trying to communicate to him and proceeded with assisting other non African customers. We had to get up and leave and went on to have food to other restaurants in the mall. Very appalling service.
