Quality of our food and overall service at Stoneridge

The restaurant was empty but the service received was as if the restaurant is packed and they can’t manage the crowd. The waiter wasn’t the best, he was just okay. Firstly they got our order wrong on top of the fact that it was extremely late and one of the kids waited until we were more than halfway to get their meal. The chips were terrible and tasted stale and when we asked only then they told us there was an issue with their stove. This was terrible and impacted my overall experience thereafter. We had a sharing meal and we didn’t even get cutlery. It was my mom’s birthday and I must say they didn’t give me a good experience and their food quality was just plain. I’m really disappointed and it’s like they were not even bothered.
