Prejuduced service at Melrose Arch Roco mamma

To Whom It May Concern,Good day

My family and I visited the Roco mamma branch at the Melrose Arch on Wednedsay, 01st Jan 2020, but we had to wait as the branch was very busy. We were told by the maitre d’ that we needed to wait for a minimum of 15 minutes as there was another crowd of 5 that would be seated before us. However, after more than 20 minutes , the maitre d approached us and told us that there was another crowd of 5+ that would need to be seated before us. From our observation, we observed that this ‘new’family were having a lengthy talk with someone who seemed to be the owner of the franchise. Upon hearing this, we were very frustrated but in a very amicable away I complained to the maitre d about his ‘injustice’ and the ‘mis-communication’and we walked away to look for another food establishment. We hope this is not a common practice by this branch management on people who they do not favour.
