Poor standard of food and service

My friend and I went for lunch at Rocomamas at mall of the south. We were greeted friendly. Took a seat and ordered food. The food arrived. When we asked for tabasco or any mustered we were informed that we had to order their own sauces as only ketchup is on the table, and co**** salt( not even fine salt). So I dont know is the larger spur group now impacting the finance of Rocomamas too? Then when I ate my burger the patty had no taste, it was bland. My friend who owned a sour 2yrs ago had the same taste to his burger, or lack of taste. And when we asked the bill it wasn't even on a clipboard or folder.... is this the standard, or just lack of leadership. I was truly let down as I can buy a cheap R20 bueger from a local shop that tastes way better.
