Poor service from Westgate mall Rocomamas

So I visited your branch in Mitchells Plain Westgate mall How i was disappointed this branch really dropped the standards to the roccomamas brand for me today.

The food arrived and it was cold. Cutlery came 5 mins after the food and the drinks came 20mins after the food arrived after the full order was given to your waiter in one go

Really would not recommend visiting this branch to anyone that wants a good burger
