Poor service from roco mamas the colony

Poor service delivery.

Ordered a meal via uber eats. My large chips and 16 wings were then not delivered. Tried to call them to notify them but after 5 calls no one answered. Had to take an uber to go notify and fetch the missing items. When I arrive, they tell me their line doesn’t have signal then tell me to wait 30 min for a new batch of wings. While waiting I ordered fries. Those took a whole 20 mins to be served.

Management, please intervene with the service delivery at your store. When doors opened, the service was beyond brilliant. Over time, employees attitude and service has slacked. How do you make a customer wait for so long for food you were supposed to deliver, and not even offer a glass of water. Instead of eating my burger, I’m at roco mammas the colony waiting for undelivered items while the other food gets cold. Completely unacceptable
