poor service delivery

i am really pssied off i bought the food today at Rocomama's with my R200 bucks i didnt get the food the driver didnt call me or so they left without even saying anything i didnt receive my order however on the uber eats app they say the food was delivered how was the food delivered without the authentication pin no more buying at Rocomamas
