POOR SERVICE

I would like to express my disappointment in my order from the Baywest Port Elizabeth branch. My husband placed an order on Mr Delivery (burgers for us) and the plain chicken pops for our 1 year old and 4 year old (I have a screenshot of the order specifying NOT HOT). I couldn't understand why my toddlers were screaming so I tried one of their chicken pops and it was HOT! Needless to say we had to order them other food elsewhere! An absolute waste of money! Then when lodging a complaint I was told we would get a call back in the morning - its 2 days later and we are still waiting for that call! POOR SERVICE ALL AROUND!
