Poor service

Went to rocomamas vanderbijlpark yesterday with the family expecting the same quality food and service and I was sorely disappointed. I think I could've overlooked the poor service from our waitress if she hadn't but she just really annoyed me.

To start with all our meals came at different times, granted my son & I had starters which arrived first and then came my husbands food. 10 minutes later came my daughter's and then another 10 minutes later came our mains, not forgeting the long initial wait for our drinks..

To top of our evening, she stood at our table waiting for us to download the app so we can start earning rewards and then went ahead & closed our bill. So by the time we finished logging in we tried to scan our slip & guess what, bill closed!!! So, no points earned. I left totally irritated, hope to never be served by her again.
