Poor service

On Friday 14 april went to n1 city branch ,had to wait so long for our food, ordered wings and ribs, informed the manager on the floor and he went and checked the food The food was brought ****ed cold and I managed to only pay for the drinks No compensation or apologies from waiter or a manager The door person had the decency to apologize I will never go to that branch again I'm disgusted
