Poor Service!!!!

Worst service, waited more than an hour and 40min for burgers to be delivered. I placed an order for delivery at 16:47. At 17:47 an hour later I followed up on my order. I was told that the store would phone me back. At 18:10 no one phoned me back and I had to phone again only to be told by the manager that its not been an hour and 20min. When I gave her the time of my order only then did she agree that its been too long. Only at 18:22 did Lebo phone me to advise that my order is on its way to be delivered. Our food was only delivered at 18:33. Shocking!!!!
