POOR AND PATHETIC SERVICE

I took my family out for dinner on 5th Feb 2016 to Rocomamas Irene Mall. There was a waiting list for about 35 min and we put our names on. After a wait of about 1 hour and 10 min he where next to be seated. When the next 2 tables became available the manager ordered the tables to be joined and seated people that came about 30 minutes after us before us. When I approached him he had a bad attitude and just disregarded their own waiting list. The question is then why having a waiting list if they disregard it.
