Paying for food not being received.

We went to Rocomamas Okavango last night, and the general service was good, but I ordered a takeaway for my mother at home (wings and cheesy chips), got the wings but no cheesy chips.

Seeing as those chips aren't small change, I'm quite upset paying for something and not receiving it. My mother is ill and I thought to surprise her with her favourite food, only to receive HALF of what I ordered.

Not impressed at all.
